Snazzydot was founded by Elle in 2021 with one simple idea: dog care should feel thoughtful, stylish and genuinely personal.
What started as a grooming business has grown into a wider Snazzydot world, with two Edinburgh salons, Snazzydot Hermitage and Snazzydot Holy Corner, alongside our online shop and in-person Expert Fittings for products such as dog backpacks, prams, harnesses, coats and clothing.
Dogs are a huge part of life behind the scenes too. Elle has four dogs of her own, and many of the Snazzydot team are dog owners as well, so the products we choose and the way we work are shaped by real everyday experience with dogs, not just what looks good on a shelf.
At the heart of Snazzydot is still professional dog grooming. Our City & Guilds trained team works across both salons, offering everything from puppy introductions and full grooms to hand stripping, de-shedding, nail trims and coat care. We focus on calm handling, high-quality finishes and making every dog feel comfortable and cared for.

What makes Snazzydot different?

We’re not interested in being just another grooming salon or another pet shop.
We want Snazzydot to feel considered, welcoming and a little bit special. From the way we groom your dog, to the products we choose, to helping you find the right fit in person, everything is built around good advice, great service and dogs being treated as individuals.
Our Expert Fittings mean you can bring your dog in and let us help with sizing, fit and choosing the right product before you buy. Our online shop brings the same curated Snazzydot selection to customers further afield.
And while Snazzydot has grown, the heart of it hasn’t changed.
